Launch of FreeAlKhawaja.org: Website to coordinate efforts to release Abdulhadi Al-Khawaja

This website was created in order to coordinate the various global efforts in support of Abdulhadi Al-Khawaja, the prominent human rights defender who has been jailed since April 9, 2011, and sentenced to life in prison in a sham trial decried by major human rights organizations worldwide. We are continuously calling on the Bahraini government to immediately and unconditionally release Abdulhadi and other human rights defenders, but we cannot do this without your help. Please help us circulate this website and its content.
